Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct public hearing; a. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider possible long-term planning for the Mount Sterling area. Public input is needed to make possible changes to the General Plan which could allow owners to request zoning changes for property in the future. 7. Swear in Clair Cooper as a member of the Planning & Zoning Commission 8. Swear in Ed Rigby as an alternate member of the Planning & Zoning Commission. 9. Chris Breinholt - Discuss & make recommendation to the City Council for the road configuration standards for the Commercial Zones. 10. Jay Nielson - Training for Planning Commission 11. Other zoning matters
