Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday April 7, 2021 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. in the following order; 1) The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval of the concept plan for the Von Mitton Subdivision consisting of 2 lots total, located at approximately 287 South 100 East. Tax Id. #10-028-0001 2) The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval of the concept plan for the Ballif Subdivision consisting of 2 lots total, located at approximately West half of Section 17 & 20, Township 10 North. Tax Id. #10-050-0006
