Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. in the following order; 1) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval of the concept plan for the Von Mitton Subdivision consisting of 2 lots total, located at approximately 287 South 100 East. Tax Id. #10-028-0001 2) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval of the concept plan for the Ballif Subdivision consisting of 2 lots total, located at approximately West half of Section 17 & 20, Township 10 North. Tax Id. #10-050-0006 3) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Paul Clark for a boundary line adjustment for the property located at approximately 693 East 200 South. Tax Id. #10-015-0014
