Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the public hearings in the following order; a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider a request from Paul Freed to amend the general plan and change the zoning, from RAC-5 to ROS 1 Residential at property located at 1100 South 200 East (Tax Id. #10-043-0007). 9. Discuss names of someone that can serve as an administrative hearing officer for compliance issues in Wellsville City. 10. Continue discuss updating or modifying the Cemetery rules & regulations. 11. Department reports 12. City Manager/Recorders report.
