Welcome and call to order a. Acknowledgement of a quorum b. Disclosures/conflicts 2. Discussion and potential action items a. Discuss and consider approval of the minutes of the December 2020 & January 2021 meetings b. Consider formal vote on suggestions for the logo, brochure, banner, artist listing form, and use of professional photos from last month's informal meeting c. Discuss and consider next steps Art-on-Loan program d. Additional items from the Chair / Vice Chair. 3. Report a. Status of our recommendations of applicants for the Arts Commission b. Status: The Student Art Exhibit; LoveVet Express projects; Arts Month c. Workplan update 4.
