December 2, 2020 The Planning commission met on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at the public safety building located at 130 W. Main in Cleveland, Utah at 7:00 pm. Those present were commission members Tracy Randall, Annie Anderson, Kit Anderson, Tyler Rowley and council woman Kristen Vose. Pattie Hansen was absent. The meeting was opened with the pledge of allegiance. The commission did not read the minutes from last month's meeting because November meeting was canceled. Item #1 Shawna Horrocks (Business License) Shawna presented her business to the commission. Her business (U got Mug'd) will be an online business. Shawna will sell cocoa bombs. Items will be sold online and shipped or delivered (if local). If business grows she would like to purchase a food trailer to conduct business at special events. She has obtained a food handler permit. Kit made a motion to approve request. Annie seconded the motion. All were in favor. Motion carried. Item #2 Cindy Sherman (question about splitting up property) Property splitting: Joe Sherman's Cindy presented property maps to the commission. She would like to split the property in half and build on her half. Tracy went over the frontage requirements. Item #3 Adjourn meeting Tracy concluded the meeting was adjourned.
