PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETING - February 23, 2021.
PUBLIC REVIEW - (Administrative)
1. Allure at Twelve25 - Development Plan
The applicants, Brian and Zach Lamano, are requesting approval for a Mixed-Use Development Plan. The proposed project is for three 3-story apartment buildings and a 2-story commercial building. The property is located at approximately 1225 E Gentile Street.
2. South Gate Industrial Park - PRELIMINARY PLAT
The applicant, Joshua Hughes, is requesting preliminary plat approval for the South Gate Industrial Park Subdivision. The proposed subdivision is surrounded by R-MH zoning to the west and south, and M-1 zoning to the north and east. The property is located at approximately 2575 N Fort Lane.
3. H & L Auto Repair - CONDITIONAL USE
The applicants, Enrique Pantoja, with H & L Auto Repair, LLC, and property owner Sunny Mayaddat, are requesting a conditional use for Auto Repair and Towing Services for the existing commercial building. The applicants are also proposing minor revisions to the previously approved landscape buffer modification. The property is located at approximately 1339 N Main Street.
