- SUMMARY OF AN ORDINANCE - The following ordinances were adopted and approved by the Logan Municipal Council, Logan, Utah on March 2, 2021. ORD. 21-03 - An ordinance approving a rezone in the Ellis Neighborhood (286 S 100 W) from Mixed Residential Low (MR-12) & Commercial (COM) to Mixed Use (MU). ORD. 21-05 - An ordinance approving an annexation filed by M. Brett Jensen on behalf of Charles and Sally Carles Living Trust and S. Willard and Elaine D. Jessop for the purpose of annexation 19.7 acres, more or less, into the City of Logan located on the West side of 1000 West and South of 1100 South. These ordinances are effective upon publication. Full text of the ordinances can be reviewed at the office of the Logan City Recorder, City Hall, 290 North 100 West, Logan, Utah during regular business hours.
