- NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Thursday, March 3, 2021 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. This meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. 1) 7:00 p.m. Invocation 2) Discussion and Possible Approval of survey for property lines for 391 South Main Street (Childs Play Learning Center) - Ensign Engineering 3) Gunnison Valley Hospital Report - GV Hospital Board member Casey Dyreng 4) Discussion and Possible Approval of resolution 2021-2 Hazard Mitigation Planning - Zach Leavitt, Six County AOG and Mayor Lori Nay 5) Discussion and Possible Approval of resolution 2021-3 adding to Gunnison City Land Use Ordinance Section 1630 1-C for payment of $1,500 assessment for secondary water on arid land - Councilmember Rod Taylor 6) Discus City Beautification Week, placement of dumpsters, and other beautification matters - Councilmember Stella Hill 7) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday August 5, 2020, and September 16, 2020 8) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 9) City Business and Future Items 10) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order.
