Description/Agenda: The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on a proposed Zone Amendment for Parcel # A-115-0003-0067, frontage property along Hwy. 143. The public hearing will be held on March 16, 2021 during the regular meeting of the Planning Commission. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov no later than 4:30 pm on March 15, 2021. Details of the proposed Zone Amendment are available at the Town Office during normal business hours.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Nancy Leigh (435)677-2029 at least three days prior to the meeting.
