- Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farr West City will hold a budget work session at 6:00 pm and its regular meeting at 7:00 pm on Thursday, March 4, 2021; however, due to recently enacted emergency protocols concerning the COVID-19 virus, public attendance will be by electronic means only. To view the council meeting live, email the Recorder for an invitation. Public comments will be taken over this platform during the meeting. Comments will also be accepted in writing before the meeting by emailing City Recorder Lindsay Afuvai at lindsay@farrwestcity.com. *Invitation requests must be sent to the recorder by 4pm on February 18th. Requests sent after this time, are not guaranteed an invitation to the meeting. 1. Call to Order -Mayor Lee Dickemore 2. Opening Ceremony a. Pledge of Allegiance b. Prayer 3. Comments/Reports a. Public Comments (Resident(s) attending this meeting will be allotted 2 minutes to express a concern or ask a question about any issue that IS NOT ON THE AGENDA.
