Description/Agenda: Public Hearing Notice This notice is to advise you that the Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee has received application from James & Karen Roberts to subdivide property at 100 East 100 South, Wales, Utah, for the creation of two conforming residential building lots, with a single family dwelling to be constructed on one lot. A public hearing for consideration of the proposed subdivision will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 16 March 2021, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State Street.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Note: This facility is wheelchair accessible and a handicap parking space is available.
