NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
FOR DAVIS COUNTY 2021-2025 FIVE-YEAR CONSOLIDATED PLAN
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday March 30, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. a Public Hearing will be
held in Room 303, Commission Chambers, Administration Building, 61 South Main Street,
Farmington, Utah, before the Davis County Commission to accept public comments on the
following:
- The upcoming Five-Year Consolidated Plan (the Plan) Community Development Block
Grant (CDBG) program for funding received from the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development (HUD).
- The County is responsible for the development, administration, and implementation of
the Plan in accordance with the CDBG program guidelines; The Plan covers the five
year period from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2025.
- Results of the online survey conducted by the County will be available for public
comment so that residents can provide input into the Plan.
Prior to approving any recommendations, the County Commission will consider and review all
public comments, as well as recommendations provided by the Community & Economic
Development Department. This is the second of two public hearings on this matter.
If you are unable to attend and want your voice to be heard, written comments may be
submitted to slyon@daviscountyutah.gov. Comments will also be accepted c/o Grants
Administrator, 61 S Main St. Suite 304, Farmington, UT 84025.
