- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on THURSDAY, February 25, 2021 at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. READING/APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. 3. REPORT OF OFFICERS - BOARDS - COMMITTEES. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. 5. NEW BUSINESS. a. Brad Knight - Annexation Presentation. 6. MISCELLANEOUS. a. Review of Ordinance No. 11-14-2017 Amending Zoning Chapter 5 to discuss frontage requirements and fence regulations. b. Review of Annexation procedures and requirements for Eureka City. 7.
