- SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SYNOPSIS OF INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF SALT LAKE CITY AND SALT LAKE COUNTY The Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City ('RDA') and Salt Lake County ('County') executed an Interlocal and Cooperation Agreement ('Agreement') on January 20, 2021. Pursuant to the Agreement, the County agrees and consents that the RDA shall be entitled to retain up to seventy-five percent of the County's portion of the tax increment from the 9 Line Community Reinvestment Area for twenty years contingent upon the completion of benchmark projects and additional County approval. Copies of the Agreement in its entirety are available for the public at the Salt Lake City Recorder's temporary office location, 349 South 200 East, Suite 100, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84111, during regular business hours. The Agreement will also be posted on the RDA's website at http://slcrda.com/current-work. This Agreement shall take effect immediately upon the date of its first publication.
