NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 beginning as close to 6:00 pm. as possible. These hearings will be conducted by electronic webinar via Zoom and streamed on Facebook. Participation links will be provided on the City's website prior to the meeting. The purpose of the first hearing is to consider an amendment to the Holladay Zone Map from R-1-10 zone to R-2-8 for approximately 1.59 acres of property located at an address range of; 4425 South through 4449 South 2300 East and 2327 East through 2359 East 4500 South, Holladay UT The purpose of the hearing is to make recommendation on proposed amendments to Chapter 13.77, of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations, regarding consideration of landscaping requirements for parking lots and Holladay Crossroad Zone. The proposals are available for public inspection on the City's website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT, 84117.
