Notice is hereby given that the Rockville Town Council will hold an appeal hearing on Wednesday, the 24th day of February 2021 at 6:00 p.m. This Town Council meeting will not have an anchor location and will be conducted entirely via electronic means. Council members will connect remotely. The meeting will be available to the public for live viewing. If you do not have access to the internet, you can join the audio via telephone. The agenda will be as follows:
1. Call to order - Roll call.
2. Appeal of the Rockville Planning Commission's decision of November 10, 2021 on an Application for Determination of Legal Non-Conforming Use for Tracy L. Cox, Successor Trustee, Allen B. Lee and Clayton D. Lee, applicants.
3. Discussion and possible action on appeal.
4. Adjourn.
