Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Plain City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Thursday, March 11, 2021 - which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Plain City Hall, 4160 West 2200 North. The hearing will be accessible via ZOOM and its purpose is to receive public comment on rezoning property owned by Meridian Line Investments and RA Robson Properties, located at approximately 3626 W 1975 W. The Petitioner has proposed that the property be rezoned from RE-20 to RE-18.5 and RE-15. Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing or to file written comments with the City Recorder at the same address.
