The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a regular meeting February 23, 2021 at 6:30p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, UT. The agenda is as follows:
1. Welcome --Mayor
2. Opening Ceremony - By Invitation

- Opening Prayer
3. Roll Call - Recorder
4. Approval of Claims and Requisitions -- Mayor
- Claims Register dated 2-06-2021 to 2-19-2021 in the amount of $55,479.70.
5. Citizen of the Month-Mayor
- Recognition for the Citizen of the Month
6. Discussion/Action - Devan Shields
- Impact Fees for the City's Culinary Water System
7. Discussion/Action-Natalie Burnside/Shane Ward
- Possibility of Changing Reconnect/Disconnect Fees and Shut-off Amount.
8. Discussion/Action - Mark Beck
- Sewer Line
9. Discussion/Action - Tod Beesley
- Discussion/Action on Water Connection outside city limits.
10. Public Participation
- Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed
on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the
council room door right before the meeting begins. Participation is limited
to three minutes. The participant will be allowed to address the Council
and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take
legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment,
the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have
addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be
placed on a future agenda. All City Council meetings are recorded.
