Zone Change Application
Notice is hereby given that the Monticello City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 2, 2020, by means of electronic meeting at https://teams.microsoft.com/l/meetup-join/19%3ameeting_ZGM4Yzc4MGMtYzY0Yi00ZTk1LTgyYmItM2NlMDY0ZGUzNzI0%40thread.v2/0?context=%7b%22Tid%22%3a%2269bfa748-4f2f-4be5-adec-484d29028b47%22%2c%22Oid%22%3a%229559c17f-b545-4ecc-9a42-55777d51927b%22%7d beginning at 6:30 p.m.
The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comment on the following zone change application:
1) For parcel A33230250609 located at approximately 849 N Pehrson Lane. Requesting change from R-2 residential to C-2 commercial zone.
Written comments may be addressed to Recorder Shalena Black shalena@monticelloutah.org, City of Monticello, P.O. Box 457, Monticello, Utah 84535, and must be received prior to or on the hearing date. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone requiring special accommodations to attend either of these hearings may call the Monticello City office at least three days prior to the meeting, at 587-2271.
