City of Monticello PUBLIC HEARING Zone Change Application Notice is hereby given that the Monticello City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 2, 2020, by means of electronic meeting at https://teams.microsoft.com/l/meetup-join/19%3ameeting_ZGM4Yzc4MGMtYzY0Yi00ZTk1LTgyYmItM2NlMDY0ZGUzNzI0%40thread.v2/0?context=%7b%22Tid%22%3a%2269bfa748-4f2f-4be5-adec-484d29028b47%22%2c%22Oid%22%3a%229559c17f-b545-4ecc-9a42-55777d51927b%22%7d beginning at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comment on the following zone change application: 1) For parcel A33230250609 located at approximately 849 N Pehrson Lane. Requesting change from R-2 residential to C-2 commercial zone. Written comments may be addressed to Recorder Shalena Black shalena@monticelloutah.org, City of Monticello, P.O. Box 457, Monticello, Utah 84535, and must be received prior to or on the hearing date.
