CLEARFIELD CITY Notice of PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearing has been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 3, 2021; and by the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. If you wish to provide comment on the following items during the Planning Commission meeting, you may do so by visiting www.clearfieldcity.org and clicking on public notices or by using the chat feature between 7:00 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. during the Zoom meeting. 1. Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on GPA 2021-020033, a general plan amendment request by Matthew Bridenstine with US Development to change the general plan designation for 5.739 acres of the subject properties from Commercial to Residential. Location: 1598 South 1000 East (TIN: 12-066-0096, 12-066-0097, & 12-066-0098). Total Project Area: 7.638 acres. Staff: Brad McIlrath (Legislative Matter). 2. Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on RZN 2021-020033, a zoning map amendment request by Matthew Bridenstine with US Development to rezone 5.739 acres of the subject properties from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-3 (Residential) and 1.899 acres of the subject properties from A-1 (Agricultural) to C-2 (Commercial) Location: 1598 South 1000 East (TIN: 12-066-0096, 12-066-0097, & 12-066-0098). Total Project Area: 7.638 acres. Staff: Brad McIlrath (Legislative Matter). All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comment may also be submitted, by mail to Clearfield City, Community Development, 55 South State Street, Clearfield, UT 84015. Written comments not received prior to the date of the meeting, may not be able to be considered. A copy of the application is available for review at the Customer Service Center of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
