SALEM CITY, UTAH NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 11-36a-502 and 11-36a-504, notice is hereby given that Salem City, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Utah County, Utah intends to adopt updated impact fee facilities plans (IFFPs) and impact fee analyses (IFAs), with respect to the following public facilities: (i) drinking water rights and water supply, treatment, storage, and distribution, and (ii) pressurized irrigation water rights and water supply, storage, and distribution. The geographic area that will be included in the IFFPs and IFAs are all areas within Salem City's boundaries, Salem City's declared annexation areas, and any areas served by Salem City. All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of adopting, implementing or amending the referenced documents.
