Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Farr West City will hold a 6:00 pm work session and its regular meeting at 7:00 pm on Thursday, February 25, 2021 electronically over Webex; due to recently enacted emergency protocols concerning the COVID-19 virus, public attendance will be by electronic means only. To view the council meeting live, email the recorder for an invitation. Public comments will be taken over this platform during the meeting. Comments will also be accepted in writing before the meeting by emailing Recorder Lindsay Afuvai at lindsay@farrwestcity.com. *Invitation requests must be sent to the recorder by 4pm on February 25th. Requests sent after this time, are not guaranteed an invitation to the meeting. 6:00 p.m. - Work Session to discuss mixed density residential zoning and bridges across the canal 1. Set a public hearing for March 11, 2021 to consider recommendation to the city council of approval of a mixed density residential ordinance f. Consideration of appointment of alternates to the Planning Commission with recommendation to the city council 4. Consent Items a. Approval of minutes dated February 11, 2021 5.
