- LA VERKIN CITY WATER BOARD AGENDA Wednesday, February 24, 2021, 3:00 p.m. 435 North Main Street, LaVerkin, UT I. Call to Order: II. Approval of Minutes: June 24, 2020 minutes III. Reports: A. Water Contracts-Kyle Gubler B. Water Purchase-Kyle Gubler C. Virgin River Water Users Board-Kyle Gubler D. Financials-Kyle Gubler E. Culinary Water Management update-Derek Imlay F. Irrigation Water Management update-Derek Imlay - Water back in system on March 15th IV. Business: A. Discussion and direction on defining the amount of water one share covers. B. Discussion and direction on possibly adjusting irrigation water allotments per property size. C. Discussion and direction on updating the 2009 Irrigation Master Plan including a possible rate increase. D. Discussion and direction regarding the La Verkin City easement in Toquerville for La Verkin Creek water. V. Public Concerns for Board Consideration: Identification of issues for consideration of future meetings. VI. Board member concerns VII.
