- SPRINGDALE APPEAL AUTHORITY NOTICE AND AGENDA THE TOWN OF SPRINGDALE ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING OFFICER HAS ISSUED A WRITTEN DECISION CONCERNING THE ITEM BELOW. THIS DECISION WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN AN ELECTRONIC PUBLIC MEETING ON MONDAY FEBRUARY 22, 2021 AT 9:30 AM. THOSE UNABLE TO JOIN ON A COMPUTER CAN ACCESS THE MEETING VIA TELEPHONE. **Please see Zoom meeting access details below A. Issuance of Written Decision: 1. Variance Request: The Town of Springdale Public Works Department requests a variance from section 10-15B-9(A) which prohibits disturbance on 30% and greater slopes in order to allow construction of a retaining wall and sidewalk on a small portion of parcel S-101-F-1 adjacent to State Route 9. The impacted area is on the west side of SR-9, just south of Hoodoo's Market. B.
