PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETING - February 9, 2021. PUBLIC REVIEW - (Administrative) 1. Barlow Retail - 1st Amendment - PLAT AMENDMENT The applicant, Jeff Likes, representing Home Depot USA, Inc., is requesting to amend the Barlow Retail Subdivision. The amendment involves creating a 20,687 square foot parcel for a future retail business adjacent to Main Street. The property is located at approximately 500 North Main Street. ADJOURNMENT
