NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. Person(s) wishing to make a public comment during this meeting may attend in-person, submit comments via email to jspung@taylorsvilleut.gov or publiccomment@taylorsvilleut.gov, or via phone, and via voicemail at (801) 963-5400 ext. 3709, no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the regularly scheduled meeting time. City staff will share submitted comments with the Planning Commission members. All comments received are shared with the Planning Commission and added to the public record. The following issues will be open to public hearing: Recommendation to the City Council for a Zoning Map Amendment from R-1-10 to R-1-8 for properties generally located in the area bounded by the following description: east of Hidden Cove Circle, Hidden Cove Drive, and Meadow View Drive; south of Murray Taylorsville Blvd; and north and west of the Jordan River.
