- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm digitally via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86183130761?pwd=dWlwU1hYVktkTks3R29ub2ZLalNXUT09 or by phone at 1-253-215-8782, Meeting ID: 861 8313 0761, Passcode: 262861 to discuss the following matters: Conditional Use Application regarding a preschool with six planned class sessions per week at approximately 2366 Bluff Ridge Drive in the R-2 zone Rezone from R-1 and R-2 to R-1 only by request of Syracuse City of approximately 2.5 acres at approximately 939 W 3150 S with a Low Density Residential General Plan designation Written comments that a member of the public would like to be read during the meeting will be accepted electronically at planningdepartment@syracuseut.com or physically (and by mail) at 1979 W 1900 S, Syracuse, UT 84075. Comments must be received at least five hours before the meeting. Comments received by the deadline will be read for a maximum of three minutes each; any unread remainder in excess of three minutes will be included in the public record. All related documents are available for public review at the Community Development Department and are posted at least twenty-four hours before the meeting at https://www.syracuseut.gov/AgendaCenter/ in the Planning Commission Category. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
