Notice is hereby given that the Perry Planning Commission will hold, via zoom.com web/teleconferencing, a public hearing to receive public comment regarding Ordinance 21-B Zone Change for Omni Development Properties LLC developer Bryan Loveless location approximately 122 W 2000 S Perry UT parcel 03:159:0149 and upper portion of 03:159:0230. The proposed zone change is a request to change current zoning from R1A to R1/3. The public hearing will be held in conjunction with the Perry City Electronic Planning Commission Meeting, which starts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 4, 2021. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome and shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the proposed Ordinance are available for public review at the office of the City Recorder located at 3005 South 1200 West, Perry, Utah. Any Individual requiring auxiliary services should contact the City Offices at least 3 days in advance (435-723-6461).
