PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the High Chaparral at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds, 475 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Final Plat
A. HIGH SKY ESTATES PLAT B. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 24 single-family homes located at 2510 East Canyon Crest Drive.
B. HIGH SKY ESTATES PLAT C. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 14 single-family homes located at 2300 East Canyon Crest Drive.
C. RIVER POINT PLAT E. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 10 single-family homes located at 800 South 1200 West.
2. Zone Change (Public Hearing)
