Wednesday, February 17, 2021 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the High Chaparral at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds, 475 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Final Plat A. HIGH SKY ESTATES PLAT B. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 24 single-family homes located at 2510 East Canyon Crest Drive. B. HIGH SKY ESTATES PLAT C. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 14 single-family homes located at 2300 East Canyon Crest Drive. C. RIVER POINT PLAT E. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 10 single-family homes located at 800 South 1200 West. 2. Zone Change (Public Hearing) A. QUIET VALLEY. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from R-R to R-1-15 located at approximately 1200 South 3200 East. B. FIELDSTONE. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from R-R to R-1-15 located at approximately 1000 South 3400 East. C. SCHRIEVER LAW OFFICE. The proposal is for the Development Enhancement Overlay to be applied to the property to allow for the conversion of a residential use to an office use located at 174 South Main Street. 3. PRV VAULTS AND 400 NORTH PIPELINES. The proposal involves utility improvements located at various locations throughout Spanish Fork City. D. WEST INTERCHANGE SEWER TRUNKLINE. The proposal involves a sewer trunkline installation ending approximately at 1800 North Main Street. E. CANYON CREEK PHASE 6 BUILDING 6.3 AMENDED. The proposal involves amending the site plan located at 1254 North Canyon Creek Parkway. 5. Adjourn
