NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that American Fork City will hold a public hearing in conjunction with a regular session on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be held electronically. In accordance with Resolution No. 2020-07-20R, Mayor Frost has determined that conducting meetings of the City Council with an anchor location presents a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present there. To make a public comment, email comments to publiccomment@americanfork.gov prior to 5:00 p.m. the day of the meeting for the comment to be read into public comment. Please indicate in the subject line which item your comment refers to. You may also make public comment in person at City Hall (31 N. Church Street); no more than ten individuals will be allowed in City all at one time to ensure social distancing guidelines are capable of being followed and masks shall be worn. The City Council will receive public comment on the following: - Vacation of a portion of a public utility easement at 1072 North 980 East, lot 29 of the Autumn Crest Subdivision. The portion of the easement to be vacated is the southern five (5) feet of the northern ten (10) foot easement. - Vacation of a portion of a public utility easement in the Alvera at the Meadows project, located at 688 W. Nicholes Lane. There are two portions of the public utility easement to vacated: a portion along the east easement of the project consisting of 9,188 sq feet and a portion along the south easement consisting of 5,400 sq feet. - Vacation of a portion of a public Right-of-Way on 700 West at about 300 South and is approximately .05 acres. A vacation of a portion of a public Right-of-Way on 570 West from 330 South to approximately 450 South and is approximately 0.35 acres. - Vacation of a public Right-of-Way on 1700 South at about 400 East and is approximately 0.083 acres. - Declaring a 1998 Crown Victoria to be surplus.
