- Public Hearing Mt. Pleasant City will be holding a Public Hearing on March 2, 2021at 6:30 p.m. The hearing will be held in the City Council Room at 115 West Main, Mt. Pleasant. Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. Sections 11-36a-504 and 10-9a-205, Mt. Pleasant City herby gives notice of its intent to adopt an impact fee ordinance for its culinary water system. The proposed impact fee will be based on an impact fee facilities plan and corresponding impact fee analysis. The purpose of the hearing is to receive input from the citizens regarding the proposed impact fee for the culinary water system.
