NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold three public hearings on Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021 as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The hearings will be conducted by electronic webinar via Zoom and streamed on Facebook. Participation links will be provided on the City's website prior to the meeting. The purpose of the first hearing is to consider an amendment to the Zone Map from R-1-21 zone to R-1-15 for approximately .91 acres of property located at 4813 S Viewmont St. The purpose of the second hearing is to consider an amendment to the Zone Map from R-1-43 zone to R-1-4 for approximately .17 acres located at approximately 6321 S Van Cott Rd. ** THIS ITEM HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO MARCH 16 The purpose of the third hearing is to consider proposed amendments to Title 13 & 14 of the Holladay Code regarding clarifications to requirements, General Provisions and administration of offsite public improvements. The proposals are available for public inspection on the City's website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT, 84117.
