- SPRINGDALE APPEAL AUTHORITY MEETING NOTICE & AGENDA THE SPRINGDALE ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING OFFICER, ACTING AS THE TOWN'S APPEAL AUTHORITY, WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY FEBRUARY 16, 2021 AT 1:00 PM. This meeting will not have an anchor location and will be conducted entirely via electronic means. The meeting will be available to the public for live viewing/listening/commenting. Public Hearing: Variance Request - The Town of Springdale Public Works Department requests a variance from section 10-15B-9(A) which prohibits disturbance on 30% and greater slopes in order to allow construction of a retaining wall and sidewalk on a small portion of parcel S-101-F-1 adjacent to State Route 9. The impacted area is on the west side of SR-9, just south of Hoodoo's Market. Written comment regarding this item may be sent to tdansie@springdale.utah.gov.
