PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a proposed amendment to the General Plan and zoning map affecting the property located at approx. 350 W 1300 S (parcels 1-7a-25, 26, and 116). The proposal is to change the zone from CS (Commercial Shopping) to RM-24 (Multi-Family Residential). Published in the Richfield Reaper Feb 17 and Feb 24, 2021.
