- Riverton City Invitation for Bid #CC21-393 Majestic Rise Parkway Roadway Project (Welby Jacob Canal to Old Liberty Way) Riverton City is conducting an Invitation for Bid for the Majestic Rise Parkway Roadway Project (Welby Jacob Canal to Old Liberty Way). Sealed bids will be due by 2:00 pm on March 2, 2021 and because of COVID-19, must be submitted electronically at bid.submittal@rivertoncity.com. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud at approximately 2:01 pm. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany each bid. An electronic format of the bid package, including project plans and specifications may be obtained through the purchasing website after February 17, 2021. https://www.rivertonutah.gov/purchasing/solicitations.php
