Description/Agenda: To be published on Friday, February 12, 2021, in the Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on February 25, 2021, to receive public comment on a request by Draper City for a Text Amendment, known as the City Initiated 2021 Bulk Text Amendments #1, for the purpose of amending Draper City Municipal Code Title 9 in order to amend general regulations pertaining to site plan reviews, addressing, appeals, land use buffers, on-street parking, compact parking spaces, lot and yard requirements, swimming pools, and home occupations. This meeting will be an electronic meeting. Participation options will be listed on the agenda and the City's website.
