- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing via Lifesize electronic meeting on February 23, 2021 at 6:30 PM. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning The Pinnacles General Plan Amendment, Rezone, and Master Development Plan for a development of multifamily, single family, commercial, and business park located at parcel 59.034.0003 (west of Brylee Farms, north of E Aviator Ave). Those interested in providing public comment may do so through a voicemail message to 801.789.6611. Comments received will be added to the public record at the hearing. The meeting will be livestreamed through the following link: https://eaglemountaincity.com/city-recorder/city-meetings-portal/#meetingdocs The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within 3 days of the meeting.
