- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that from February 14, 2021 to March 14, 2021, in accordance with Section 52-4-207 of the Open and Public Meetings Act, the Chair, on behalf of the Audit Review Committee, has authorized Audit Review Committee Meetings to be held electronically without establishing an anchor location. This authorization is based on the finding that conducting electronic meetings with an anchor location would present a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who would be present at the anchor location. The complete memorandum with more information is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
