Oath of Office for Officials. 3. Election of 2021 Chair and Vice-chair. 4. Discussion/action on minutes. 5. Public hearing on Ordinance for Special Residential Facilities. 6. Discussion/action on Ordinance for Special Residential Facilities. 7. Discussion/action on conditional use site plan for ATS Welding, Inc., located at 2164 West 700 North. 8. Discussion/action on commercial site plan for PC Glass located at 910 West 1700 South. 9. Discussion/action on minor lot subdivision for Yoshida Estates located at 2515 W. Pioneer Road. 10.
