BEAR RIVER CITY * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS TO CONSIDER AMENDING CHAPTER 1 & TO CONSIDER ADOPTING A STREET MASTER PLAN PUBLIC HEARING #1: The Planning Commission of Bear River City, Utah along with the City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the 18th Day of February, 2021 at the Bear River Civic Center at 5871 North 4700 West, Bear River, Utah at the hour of 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider amending Chapter 1. The amendment will update Chapter 1 which applies to the General Provisions. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. PUBLIC HEARING #2: The Planning Commission of Bear River City, Utah along with the City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the 18th Day of February, 2021 at the Bear River Civic Center at 5871 North 4700 West, Bear River, Utah at the hour of 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible to consider adopting an Ordinance to establish requirements for city streets. The adoption of the Ordinance will set rules and guidelines in a Street Master Plan. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
