NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY JSPA (Jordanelle Specially Planned Area) PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing via an Online Meeting on February 25, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. to consider the following items; and that the Wasatch County Council will hold a Public Hearing via an Online Meeting on March 3, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. to hear the following item(s) advanced to the County Council by the JSPA Planning Commission*:

1. SkyRidge Development, LLC is requesting amendments to its Master Plan, Preliminary Plan and Development Agreement. The proposal includes the following: a larger clubhouse, on-site workforce housing units, a golf academy lodge/condo hotel in place of 18 townhouse units, a welcome center building with tennis and pickle ball courts and an increase in the number of stalls in the equestrian center. The proposal will not increase ERU's, however there will be increased unit numbers in the lodge area due to smaller units that are a fraction of an ERU. The proposed amendments are on both sides of the Jordanelle Parkway in Section 13, Township 2 South, Range 4 East in the Jordanelle Specially Planned Area (JSPA). *If forwarded, the recommendation by the Planning Commission on this item will be considered by the County Council as the Land Use Authority, at a Public Hearing on March 3, 2021. Michael Brodsky, agent for Current Jordanelle Investments LC, requests Overall Preliminary approval for Sage Hen Hollows, a proposed attached residential project consisting of 41 lots on 37.16 acres located adjacent to the Jordanelle Parkway in Section 13, Township 2 South, Range 4 East in the Jordanelle Specially Planned Area (JSPA). *If forwarded, the recommendation by the Planning Commission on this item will be considered by the County Council as the Land Use Authority, at a Public Hearing on March 3, 2021.
