Notice is hereby given that the Land Use Hearing Officer will hold two hearings virtually at approx. 3 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23, 2021: 1) LUHO-21-001, Todd Tanner is requesting to reconstruct a non-conforming retaining wall at 4516 Gilead Way; and 2) LUHO-21-002, John Waller is requesting to remodel three non-conforming houses on the property at 55 W. Weston Avenue. Pursuant to Emergency Directive, and in keeping with social distancing strategies, members of the public seeking to comment on this application are encouraged to provide comment electronically according to the Interventions and Proceedings process in Millcreek Code 19.92.030.
