Tremonton City Corporation Tree Board Meeting February 11, 2021 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street Tremonton, Utah 11:30 a.m. AGENDA 1. Approval of agenda 2. Approval of minutes - March 6, 2020 & March 13, 2020 3. New Business: a. Discussion and consideration of spring tree plantings b. Discussion and consideration of tree removals c. Update on Tree City USA 4. Comments/Reports: a. Parks & Recreation Director - Marc Christensen b. Public Works Director - Paul Fulgham c. City Manager - Shawn Warnke d. City Council - Lyle Holmgren e. Parks Superintendent - Lynn Green 5. Public comments: This is an opportunity to address the Staff regarding your concerns or ideas. Please limit your comments to five minutes. 6. Adjournment Anchor location for Electronic Meeting by Telephone Device. With the adoption of Ordinance No. 13-04, the Board may participate per Electronic Meeting Rules. Please make arrangements in advance. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this meeting should contact Linsey Nessen no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting. Notice was posted February 5, 2021 a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting. A copy of the agenda was delivered to The Leader (Newspaper) on February 5, 2021 Linsey Nessen, Recorder *Utah Code 52-4-202, (6) allows for a topic to be raised by the public and discussed by the public body even though it was not included in the agenda or advance public notice given; however, no final action will be taken.
