- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at the City office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request for a conditional use from Lori Bartholomew to have her existing home at 185 West 400 South be declared a 'Multiple Family Dwelling' (Duplex) Tax Id. #10-027-0069.
