IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, February 16, 2021 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 55 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on recommendation to approve a Concurrent Land Use Amendment from RC (Commercial Resort) and LDR (Low Density Residential) to RC (Commercial Resort); and a Zone Amendment from RC (Commercial Resort) and RE-43 (Residential Estates District, minimum lot size 43,000 sq ft) to RC (Commercial Resort), on approximately 1.471 Acres Applicant/Owner: RT Marten UT LLC-Owner. Lance Anderson-Applicant. Property Location: Approximately 942 Art Village Way.
