File #14Z20 - Land Development Code Update, Assessment Report Review. (Jim Spung/Senior Planner) 2. NOTE: Election of a new Chair and Vice Chair for the Planning Commission will be held at the next Regular Planning Commission meeting in March of 2021. CITY COUNCIL MEETING DISCUSSION: Reports to be heard for meetings held Jan 6 (Commissioner Wendel), Jan 20 (Commissioner Quigley) and Feb 3, 2021 (not assigned). ADJOURNMENT: The Taylorsville City Planning and Zoning Commission reserves the right to amend the order of the agenda if it deems appropriate.
