NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING THE SPRINGDALE ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING OFFICER, ACTING AS THE TOWN'S APPEAL AUTHORITY, WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY FEBRUARY 16, 2021 AT 1:00 PM. This meeting will not have an anchor location and will be conducted entirely via electronic means. The meeting will be available to the public for live viewing/listening/commenting. If you do not have access to the internet, you can join the audio via telephone. Meeting links and details will be included on the official meeting agenda. Springdale Appeal Authority Tuesday February 16, 2021 at 1:00 PM 1. Variance Request: The Town of Springdale Public Works Department requests a variance from section 10-15B-9(A) which prohibits disturbance on 30% and greater slopes in order to allow construction of a retaining wall and sidewalk on a small portion of parcel S-101-F-1 adjacent to State Route 9. The impacted area is on the west side of SR-9, just south of Hoodoo's Market. Written comment regarding this item may be sent to tdansie@springdale.utah.gov.
