- NOTICE OF HIGHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING Zoom Meeting Information Meeting ID: 879 5015 5460 Phone: (346) 248-7799 The Highland Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on February 23, 2021 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following: - Isaac Peterson is requesting a Development Code amendment to include moving vehicles in what is permitted for storage facilities in the Professional Office Zone. - Highland City Staff is requesting a Development Code amendment to clarify that shipping containers cannot be used as accessory buildings. - Highland City Staff is requesting to amend the General Plan to reclassify Neighborhood Option Trails to Neighborhood Trails. For more information or special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the Highland City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
