- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm digitally via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81591201384?pwd=em1QRlk2VTlBTXBtZEZHSjNUZk4wZz09 or by phone at 1-253-215-8782, Meeting ID: 815 9120 1384, Passcode: 128837 to discuss the following matters: Site Plan - Syracuse Arts Academy regarding corridor expansion changes on approximately 16 acres at approximately 2893 W 1700 S Subdivision Amendment - Harmony Flats regarding the addition of approximately 1 acre to 939 W 3150 S for an approximate total lot size of 2.5 acres Conditional Use Application - Antelope Animal Hospital regarding a proposed basement apartment for occupation by a business employee at approximately 1679 Marilyn Drive in the Professional Office zone Written comments that a member of the public would like to be read during the meeting will be accepted electronically at planningdepartment@syracuseut.com or physically (and by mail) at 1979 W 1900 S, Syracuse, UT 84075. Comments must be received at least five hours before the meeting. Comments received by the deadline will be read for a maximum of three minutes each; any unread remainder in excess of three minutes will be included in the public record. All related documents are available for public review at the Community Development Department and are posted at least twenty-four hours before the meeting at https://www.syracuseut.gov/AgendaCenter/ in the Planning Commission Category. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
